• If you consider it necessary for any reason, to return any items to us, please give us a call on 01782 710688 
  • If your goods are faulty, or do not match the description given, or you have been sent the wrong item, you are entitled to return them. 
  • After you have notified us of any fault or error, we will advise you as to the best way to return the items and either email or send you a returns label.
  • If we advise you to send back via the Post Office, we will refund the standard postage costs, but will not refund any special service used such as Special Delivery or Signed For. Always get a proof of posting receipt.
  • A refund will be processed on receipt of faulty, mislabelled or wrongly sent goods.
  • If you would like us to send you an alternative or replacement item, there would not be any further delivery charge. 
  •  We will not refund goods sent via the Post Office if we have already sent you a prepaid courier/posting label and you choose not to use it.
  • We will of course endeavour to check all items, before they are packed and sent, to ensure you are not disappointed.  We understand that sometimes faults are not always obvious on first inspection, so we apologise in advance if you receive something that does not meet your expectations.
  • If you are returning clothing because it is the wrong size, we will be happy to send out a different size to you without charging for delivery, however, you, the customer, will be responsible for cost of returns. Please read the clothing descriptions carefully, we will do our best to ensure the sizes on the site are listed accurately, because sometimes the labels are not! We will try to state if the sizing is generous or not. 
  • If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind or do not want to keep them, you must return them in a saleable condition as they were received, and be responsible for the cost of returns.
  • If you have changed your mind after the cancellation period ends, we may at our discretion agree to an exchange to the same value  provided the item(s) are returned to us in their original and saleable condition. The customer will be responsible for the return postage, any further delivery charge, and any  difference in value if it is greater than the original item purchased.
